Ice Skating in Downtown Farmington
The Farmington Ice Rink is open on Fridays from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m, Saturdays from 12:00 – 9:00 p.m, and Sundays from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. It is $2.00 per skate rental and free to skate. The ice rink is located in the back parking lot of the Farmington Public Library. Please follow the Discover Farmington Facebook page for closings due to inclement weather.
Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce Home Garden & Outdoor Expo
The Home, Garden & Outdoor Expo is a great event, featuring vendors with RV’s, ATV’s, Furniture, Innovative products and more! The food vendors are going to be amazing – Baylee Jo’s BBQ, BOGO, Old Tyme Pantry & Roxy’s Hot Grill will be providing some very tasty treats! There will be many workshops and demos on gardening, fishing, basket weaving and much more! ServPro will be providing their bounce house for your kids to enjoy! Frosty Brewfest & Spirits at Crown Valley Winery
The 8th Annual Frosty Brewfest & Spirits is on tap again showcasing the best regional brews at Crown Valley Winery in Ste. Genevieve, MO on Jan. 25th, 2020! Local breweries & distilleries will join together to sample their seasonal and fan-favorite beers and spirits. Festival goers will enjoy craft brews & spirits, live music, and we will have hot eats & cold drinks available for purchase as well! This event will take place on the outdoor patio, but we will have a blazing stone fire pit and heaters to help keep you warm.
General Admission – $35 includes access to the Brewfest from 12 – 4pm and a souvenir tasting glass. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the event for $45.
The Ste. Genevieve Trolley will be offering shuttle service to and from the Brewfest again this year! $20 per person gets you a ride from Spokes Pub & Grill to the Brewfest and back after it’s over. You can book a ride by calling the Trolley directly at 573-535-1911.

St. Francois County Gun Show
The St Francois County Gun Show will be held on January 31 through February 2, 2020 in Farmington. It is held Farmington Civic Center, 2 Black Knight Drive and hosted by Militia Armaments Gun Club. All federal, state and local firearm ordinances and laws must be obeyed. The Gun Show will be open on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m, Saturday from 9:00 – 5:00 p.m, and Sunday from 9:00 – 3:00 p.m. General Admission is $10.00.
Sign up for the Fly Fishing Clinic at Engler Park
Learn the basics of fly fishing! Missouri Department of Conservation will be teaching the basics of fly fishing at Engler Park. This FREE Fishing workshop will teach the basics of fly fishing, including history of the sport, specialized tackle, and how to cast. Participants will then get an opportunity to practice their skills and do some fishing in our stocked trout pond!
Lunch is included with registration. Activity is outside so dress accordingly. Fly rods will be available for use.
