Boots, Chaps & Cowboy Hats Annual Dinner Dance

It’s time again for the annual Boots, Chaps & Cowboy Hats dinner dance fundraiser made possible by Comtrea and the Children’s Advocacy Center of East Central Missouri. The dance, hosted by Jason Laughary, will be held on April 13, 2013 at the St. Joseph Catholic School Auditorium. Attendees are invited to enjoy the festivities for a night of fun and music for a good cause, with entertainment by Stonewall and dinner from King Daddy’s Catering.

Boots, Chaps and Cowboy Hats 4H club is an equine based club that was started in 2010 in Clark County, Ohio. The club provides a safe and fun atmosphere where young people can participate in a variety of equine and 4H activities while learning responsibility, leadership and teamwork. The clubs mission is to help grow children into productive, contributing people and it does this by providing active opportunities for personal learning and growth within the 4H community. Each year the club hosts up to 15 young people who will get to experience horsemanship and the joy of caring for horses with a variety of activities including, showings at the county fair, two horse shows and the annual Skill-a-Thon competition.

Boots, Chaps and Cowboy Hats’ ability to continue to operate is due in a large part to the generous support of individual donors who believe in their mission, as well as gifts from businesses and corporations. Without the aid of the community the club would not be able to offer the variety of important and character building programs their young members have come to rely on so much. That is why sponsorship of the event is so important.
Anyone interested in sponsoring the event is welcome to purchase one of three sponsorship medals and enjoy the benefits included with each.

• Gold Nugget at $3,000.00- Exclusive naming sponsor on all printed material, one table for 8, name and logo display, name and logo in program, name mentioned throughout the evening, name listed in flyers, eligible for a 50% tax credit.
• Silver Spur at $2,000.00- Table for 4, name and logo display, name and logo in program, eligible for a 50% tax credit.
• Bronze Buckle at $1,000.00- Name and logo in program, eligible for a 50% tax credit.
