Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling features handcrafted brews made exclusively at the Coffman location by Brewmaster, Carl Wiersma. All beers are produced in the state-of-the-art 15-barrel microbrewery.
The brewery bar, with rustic dark alder wood, houses all those who are eager to sample or purchase one of these tasty brews. Right outside the brewery is a beer garden complete with stage and sound system for live music and events, as well as a large stone fire pit. Customers are able to sip their favorite brew indoors or outdoors, watch the game on one of many flat screen televisions, or take a tour of the facility to learn more about the brewing process and the historic Coffman area.
But this new facility goes beyond beer, with the addition of a distillery, gourmet coffee roaster and country general store. After sampling the specialty beers, guests can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans, try a cappuccino from the state-of-the-art Multi LM super automatic coffee machine by Carimali, try a cigar from the humidor, buy Missouri products in the general store, or simply relax by the fireplace in the quaint sitting area. From start to finish and top to bottom, Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling is a must-see experience for more than just the avid beer connoisseur.
